Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from AlphaNature (ABN: 81 672 042 992), Melbourne, Victoria, through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Sale prices apply while stocks last. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we'll contact you before processing the order and you can cancel for a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved, and we'll email you a confirmation.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are charged at the subscribe price shown on the product and delivered each month until you cancel. You can pause or cancel any time before your next billing date using the link in your confirmation email, or by contacting us.

Delivery

Delivery is free within Australia, typically 3–7 days after dispatch. We dispatch within two business days. We currently accept online orders for Australian addresses only. For international orders, please contact us for a shipping quote. See our shipping & returns policy.

Change-of-mind returns

We accept change-of-mind returns for unopened products within 3 days of delivery. You pay the return postage. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we'll refund the product price.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Faulty or damaged items are always replaced or refunded, including sale items. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Product use

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Patch test before first use and stop using if irritation occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
