Delivery

• Free delivery within Australia, typically arriving in 3–7 days.
• Orders are dispatched within two business days.
• We deliver worldwide by land or air courier.
• PO boxes are accepted.
• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery to China （寄往中国）

• Online checkout ships to mainland China. Delivery is $30.00, or free on orders over $150.00. 运费 $30.00，订单满 $150.00 免运费。
• Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days after dispatch; customs checks can add a few days. 发货后预计7–10个工作日送达，海关查验可能延长几天。
• Customers are the importer: Chinese customs may charge import duty or tax on arrival, paid to the courier and not included in our prices. The courier may ask for real-name (ID) verification, so the recipient name and mobile number should match your ID. Orders are for personal use, and China limits the value of personal imports. 您是进口人，海关可能征收进口税费（由您支付，不含在价格中）；快递可能要求实名认证；订单仅供个人使用，个人进口有限额。
• If a parcel is refused or not collected, delivery and import costs can't be refunded. 如包裹被拒收或无人领取，运费和进口费用无法退还。
• Please write the address in English or pinyin. 请用英文或拼音填写地址。
• Prices are charged in AUD. No Australian GST is charged on orders sent overseas; import duties or taxes in China may apply. 以澳元收费，海外订单不收取澳洲消费税，可能需缴纳中国进口税费。
• Monthly subscriptions are available in Australia only. 每月订购仅限澳洲。
• Returns from China: damaged on arrival items are replaced free; change-of-mind returns aren't accepted from overseas. 收到时破损可免费补寄；海外订单不接受因改变主意退货。

Returns

If something isn't right, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement, voucher or partial refund.

• Damaged on arrival: we'll send a free replacement.
• Change of mind: returns are accepted only for unopened products within 3 days of delivery. The customer pays return postage.
• Faulty or damaged items are always replaced or refunded, including sale items.
